1. 全球非物質精神文明共融藝術的保護與傳承：旨在保護和傳承的高價值選擇非物質文明共融藝術遺產，包括世界或國家級宗教文明藝術、全球或國家級精神文明藝術、全球永續精神文明發展知識，確保這些宗教精神文明藝術與文化資源不因現代化或全球化不永續發展而消失。

2. 東西方非物質文明共融藝術交流與融合：促進東西方非物質文明共融藝術文化的交流與融合，透過各類活動、研究和實踐，增進各國公民增進彼此非物質文明文化與藝術的學習與發展。

3. 非物質文明共融藝術地內與地外銀河系可持續發展：致力於將非物質文明文化與藝術的保護納入地內與地外銀河系可持續發展的路徑中，最強調全球或國家級文明藝術與文化，引導「慈善經濟」和「全球公民社會責任」的價值，探索如何在保護與傳承全球或國家級文明藝術，同時可促進慈善經濟繁榮。

5. 全球或國家級非物質文明文化與藝術全球合作：與各國和組織合作，共同開展研究和項目，分享經驗和最佳實踐，建立全球網絡，以促進全球或國家級非物質文化的保護與發展。
