GCWPA Think Tank | Author: Frank Chen 2007-2026 / IAE Global
A. Purpose of the Life Value Index (LVI)
The Life Value Index (LVI) is a multidimensional policy measurement framework designed to complement GDP and conventional economic indicators.

Does an economic system expand or restrict people’s real capacity to live, choose, and flourish?
LVI operationalizes life-enabling freedom, integrating economic, social, environmental, and civilizational dimensions.
